    You can eat roasted acorns. Native Americans did all the time.

    By the time the thing arrives here, Paul will have raked and disposed of most of the acorns. We’ve had a bumper crop of them this year… more than I’ve EVER seen before. All night they bombard our roof right over my bed! I want that tree removed but P. won’t have it. Someday it’s coming down…. if it’s the last thing I ever do.
